What we collect
When you create an Alloqui account we collect your email address and authentication details. When you create a project we store the telephony provider credentials you enter (Twilio, Plivo) and metadata about calls made through your projects — phone numbers, timestamps, durations, and call status.
How provider credentials are protected
Provider credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted transiently to generate short-lived access tokens or perform call-control operations you request. They are never exposed to the browser or included in logs.
Call audio
Alloqui does not carry your call audio. Media flows directly between the caller's browser and your telephony provider over WebRTC. We process signaling metadata only. Call recordings (a Pro feature) are stored in your project's storage and are accessible only to your account.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our marketing pages to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention and deletion
Call history is retained according to your plan (7 days on Free). Deleting a project removes its stored credentials and cleans up the provider resources Alloqui created. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems.
